✔️ Wipe clean immediately using a soft damp cloth to avoid staining.
✔️ Gently wipe over using water or warm mild PH balanced soapy water and a soft cloth.
❌ Vigorous rubbing may damage and remove the top layer color.
❌Some baby wipe brands may cause damage or discoloration to the mat’s surface.
❌Avoid using sharp or hot objects on your play mat (high heels, scissors, coffee cups and vacuums, etc.).
❌Do not use products with bleach, alcohol, natural citrus oils or abrasive agents as they may cause causing long term damage / discoloration.
❌High temperatures and direct sunlight will cause discoloration and play mat deterioration.
❌Pens, crayons and permanent markers may leave permanent marks.
❌Heavy furniture (eg, coffee table, chairs, couch) may cause permanent indentations.
❌Pet claws and teeth may cause damage and are not covered under warranty.
❌Do not steam clean.

This process may be accelerated by hot and humid conditions, prolonged direct sunshine exposure and/or cleaning practices using harsh cleaning agents. We are proud of our non-toxic and environmentally friendly products and want to ensure customers are aware of these colour variations as it is not a product fault. Please also allow 1-2cm discrepancy in play mat length and width. This is a normal variation and not a defect.

Super Recommended!

I chose this mat because the size is great, not too big compared to others out there. Its hard to find a medium size reliable and good quality mat! The team at gingerbubs was very helpful to answer my queries too. Baby loves being on it, and safely cushions him when he falls down. Easy to wipe & clean too. I wish they continue to make more designs as I'll surely get more for different rooms in my house 🤣

Value for money

The mats look really chic unlike most mats that are sold in baby fairs. Wanted a mat that can be used for baby, toddler and above. Thickness of the mat is just nice for baby who is learning to move and crawl. Have been enjoying our purchase. Non regrets ordering!
